Chad Myers, CO/LO, (Certified and Licensed Orthotist),RTO (Registered Orthotic Technician), Owner

Chad started Eastern Shore Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2002.  Chad has been working in the field of Orthotics for more than 25 years.  He is the owner and our chief Orthotist. Chad became an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan after spending two years studying at the University of Kentucky.  Chad started working in the O and P field as an orthotic technician and became a certified orthotic technician in 1993.  In 1996, Chad became a Certified Orthotist and began fitting and making all types orthopedic bracing.  Chad never lost his love of the hands-on artistry of making orthotic devises.  Although he now employs his own orthotic and prosthetic technicians, he still personally makes the majority of all of the custom orthotics in our Fairhope office.  Chad and his wife, Tina have a beautiful daughter who has brought a whole new meaning to their lives.  Chad loves Kentucky basketball and is an avid outdoorsman.

Lisa Miller, CP/LP (Certified and Licensed Prosthetist), COF/M (Orthotic Fitter, and Mastectomy Fitter), Mobile Office Manager

Lisa joined the ESOP team in 2008, bringing her feminine touch to patient care and her more than 15 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and amputations of all levels.  Lisa is a certified Prosthetist, Orthotic fitter, and Mastectomy fitter.  She received a B.A. in Chemistry from Cedarville University.  After working for several years as a prosthetic technician, she completed the post-graduate studies in prosthetics at Northwestern University Medical School.  Lisa completed her residency in South Bend, IN where she continued to practice after becoming certified as a Prosthetist by the American Board for Certification.  Lisa has since furthered her education to allow her to serve individuals with orthotic and mastectomy needs.  Lisa and her husband have a young family and enjoy running marathons and road biking.

Bryan A Leniz, COA (Certified Orthotic Assistant) Orthotic & Prosthetic Technician

Bryan has been working with ESOP for 5 years as a prosthetic and orthotic technician.  Bryan’s skill at fabricating prosthetic and orthotic devices after 14 years of experience makes even some of the most difficult tasks appear easy! Whether it’s making a prosthetic leg, creating a custom shoe modification or making orthotic bracing, Bryan will put his heart and soul into making sure that the job is well done!  Brian enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing, but spends most of his free time with his wife and young son attending church and sporting events.

Teryn Leniz, Fairhope Office Administrator

Teryn started working at ESOP in the very early days of its existence in 2003.  She has been a tremendous asset over the years getting the business started and keeping to running smoothly.  Teryn has worked in the Orthotics and Prosthetics field since 1996 which has allowed her to stay on top of all of the ins and outs of the insurance world!  She loves being a mom and spending time with her kids. kids.

Crystal Duckworth, Mobile Office Administrator

Crystal has been working as a secretary in the Mobile office of ESOP since 2007.  In addition to her cheery nature and her bright smile, Crystal brings 20 years of experience in the medical field.  Whether she’s checking insurance benefits, answering the telephone or any of the other tasks she performs, you can count on her to maintain a positive attitude.  This makes Crystal a perfect addition to our staff!  Crystal loves spending time with her family and watching her nephews grow up.

Noelle Swisher, Office Administration Assistant, Orthotic Technician

Noelle is the most recent addition to the ESOP team.  She comes to us from Shreveport, Louisiana where she grew up.  She began working in veterinary medicine and then transitioned into the Orthotics and Prosthetics world.  She worked at a local orthotics and prosthetics shop for a year before making the move to South Alabama to begin working with us.  She has shown her teamwork by being willing to learn both how to fabricate foot orthotics as well as secretarial duties.  She does her best to help out any way she can whether she is answering phones, scheduling patients or in the back working on orthotic devices. Noelle is married and has a cat and two dogs.  Noelle loves to try to get the rest of us to share her love for Cajun cooking and can rarely find any crawfish in the area that are spicy enough for her liking!  When Noelle is not at work she enjoys being outdoors with her family playing with her dog, Whitten.
